Founder and Executive Director
Keona T. Ellerbe is a visionary leader, mindset coach, and advocate for underrepresented communities. With over a decade of experience in compliance, coaching, and community-building, Keona founded The Hearts Hello Foundation to bridge the gap between education and opportunity. As a mother of four and a seasoned professional, Keona brings a wealth of personal and professional insights to the foundation. Her mission is to empower students to embrace their authentic selves, overcome systemic barriers, and lead impactful lives.
